One-Day Breast Surgery

I heard that Lian specializes in breast surgery and is good at it, so I went in for a consultation. The director and consultant were both so kind and thorough that I didn’t visit any additional clinics and booked my surgery for a week later right away, haha. I was so worried it would hurt, but it honestly didn’t hurt at all—only a little when getting up, I’d say? I rested for one day and went back to work the very next day, and it didn’t interfere with anything! It’s been about a month now, and the swelling has settled down a lot. The shape is soooooooo pretty that people around me have been asking for the clinic information all the time (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵). I was a 70A before surgery, and now I’m a 70D, hehe. Clothes fit differently too, and this is the cosmetic surgery I’m most satisfied with out of all the ones I’ve had. Why didn’t I do it sooner? For reference, I used 305 cc Sebbin Integrity implants on both sides.

I’m going to keep writing breast surgery reviews because I think it’ll be fun to look back on later. It’s been about three months since I had it done at Ryan, and I think I’ve gotten pretty used to it now. They say breast surgery ranks number one in satisfaction among cosmetic procedures, and these days I’m realizing why people say that. Before surgery, I was an A cup, and now I’m around a full C to D cup. I’ve gained about 2 kg compared to before surgery, but I think that may also be because I’ve had a lot more social plans lately. In the past, even when I worked out a lot, my clothes looked less flattering because I had no breasts, but now the fit of the same clothes is completely different. The wrinkles in the front are gone, so I can definitely tell that my clothes fit better, and it makes me want to wear workout clothes too. Before breast surgery, I didn’t take many post-workout photos, but now I take 10 before I even start. I even made a new fitness Instagram account ^^ I’ve also slowly started upper-body workouts again, and my daily life has completely returned to the same as it was before surgery.

Because I was too conservative, I went one size smaller than the size recommended, and I really regret it. Everyone, trust the doctor and go with the recommended size! Of course, I’m still satisfied with it now.

I've always had a very slim build with hardly any fat on my upper body, so I'd been considering surgery for a long time, but I was extremely worried that implants would look obviously fake or unnatural, like having rice bowls placed on my chest. I normally couldn't even look at fitted or low-cut clothes haha... The doctor didn't just look at my breasts—they carefully considered everything overall, including my rib cage, tissue quality, waist length, pelvic width, and hip-line proportions when determining the size. I'm a total scaredy-cat, so I stubbornly insisted on an inframammary incision because recovery is faster and it's easier to use my arms. I also mentioned even my minor shellfish allergy just in case, and they wrote everything down in my chart and took such careful care of me that I trusted them so, so much T_T I had the surgery with Mentor Boost 280 cc! On the day of surgery and for the first few days, it wasn't so much painful as it was more of a tight, sore feeling like mild muscle aches. Because it was an inframammary incision, I was free to use my arms, so even though I have an office job, I took just one day off and went straight back to work. My coworkers had no idea I'd had surgery haha Now, one month in, they still feel firm when I touch them, but they've become noticeably softer than last week. As the major swelling went down, the naturally sloping volume from below my collarbones looks insane... It doesn't look excessive at all, and I've achieved exactly the slim-glamorous fit I wanted,, Maybe it's because I've become more confident, but these days I only look for clothes that show off my figure, and it may just be in my head, but I feel like people around me treat me differently too T_T haha Thanks to the doctor, I'm spending every day overflowing with self-esteem haha

I had surgery with Director Choi Sang-moon at Ryan Plastic Surgery. I got Mentor Xtra implants—280 cc on the right and 310 cc on the left. I was worried, like, hmm... what if the size was a little too small? 🤔 But as you can see in the photos, it’s just the right amount of pretty volume, so I love it. Now that it’s been six months, they’ve settled in well, and my recovery is almost completely over, haha. They feel so much better now. They still don’t feel exactly like real breasts, but the firm feeling has decreased a lot, so they feel much softer. Up until around months 3–4, the shape looked slightly unnatural, but now there isn’t even a trace of that at all! They’re so pretty. The photo was taken while I was working out, and even when I exercise, they bounce so prettily... That feeling is kind of subtly sexy... anyway, haha, yep. At first glance, they really look like natural, real breasts!!!!! I went back to the clinic after a long time for a follow-up check, and they treated me really well, which made me happy. Having experienced it myself, I think I understand why they tell you to wait 6 months to a year after breast surgery... I really get why they say that now... It’s already been 3 months since my surgery! Time really flies haha When I first came out of surgery and had significant upper fullness and heaviness, I kept wondering, “When will this start looking natural?” But now that I’m entering my third month, I can definitely see them settling in and looking like my own breasts, so I thought I’d leave a review. Implants: Motiva 315 cc Size: 75D–E cup after surgery Surgical method: Motiva Preserve Up through months 1–2, they felt a little firm and like the upper fullness hadn’t gone down enough, but by month 3, the upper fullness has come down a lot and they fall naturally into more of a teardrop shape. Even when I lie down, they don’t stick out like rice bowls; they naturally spread slightly to the sides instead. I’m really glad I went with Motiva. Honestly, up until the first month, they felt more firm and bouncy than soft. But after 3 months, they’ve become much softer to the touch. As the tissue has loosened up, no one would know I had surgery unless I told them. I was told the softness will improve even more going forward, so I’m looking forward to it. I recently measured myself while buying new underwear, and I came out as a 75D–E. I was worried that 315 cc might be too much, but it suits my chest width and body shape perfectly. Getting dressed is the most fun these days. Even just putting on a basic T-shirt makes such a huge difference to my shape, so I’m completely satisfied every time I look in the mirror... haha Now that I’m at 3 months, there’s almost no pain or discomfort at all, and it’s comfortable even when I lie on my stomach!!!

I had surgery in February 2025, and it’s already been 1 year and 6 months. In the meantime, the inframammary fold scars have healed to the point where they’re barely visible, and although they feel a little firm when I’m lying down, they feel really natural when I’m standing or sitting! I had 355 mL Motiva implants placed on both sides, and now that all the swelling has gone down, I’m happy with the size too. I feel more confident even when I’m just wearing clothes. I went from a 75A to a 75C! I haven’t regretted deciding to have surgery even once since the day I made up my mind. It must be because Dr. Choi and all the staff took such great care of me, right..? I got Motiva implants, 245 and 265 cc, and it’s already been 6 months. They’ve definitely become so much softer, and I’m looking forward to them softening even more! I think the surgery was done very thoroughly. I still have scars, but I’ve been continuing to apply ointment, and I like that they treat the scars with laser every time I go.

During recovery, there was almost no pain aside from a foreign-body sensation, so it did not cause any major problems with daily life.

Hello, I’m back with my 6-month breast augmentation review! I had my surgery with Dr. Choi Sang-moon at Ryan Plastic Surgery, using Sebbin Inte 305 cc implants through an inframammary incision. For reference, I’m 165 cm, 48 kg, and my ribcage measurement is 69 cm! It feels like just the other day that I was wondering when time would pass after the surgery, but it has already been six months. First of all, they’ve become so much softer, and when I lie on my side, they really feel like my own breasts. My cleavage has also come together naturally, which is amazing. The way clothes fit has changed so much too, so these days even thinking about what to wear makes me happy. I think I understand why breast augmentation ranks first in satisfaction. If anyone is considering surgery, I haven’t regretted it even once so far, and I really recommend it.
